MorningBell provides automated daily companion check-in phone calls to elderly individuals ("seniors"), and sends summaries of those calls to a designated family member. MorningBell is a wellbeing and companionship service. It is not a medical, emergency, monitoring, or caregiving service, and it is not a substitute for in-person care, professional medical advice, or emergency services. If you believe someone is in danger or needs medical help, call 911 or your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By enrolling a senior, you confirm that you are authorized to share that person's contact information and to arrange these calls on their behalf, and that the family contact number you provide is one you are authorized to use.
MorningBell is offered as a monthly subscription across several plans. New accounts may include a free trial period. After any trial, your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. To cancel, contact hello@morningbell.care.
By using MorningBell, you agree we may contact the senior by phone for companion calls, and contact the designated family member by SMS, WhatsApp, or email with summaries and service notifications, as described in the SMS Messaging Consent section above. You can change or withdraw your preferred channels at any time.
You agree not to use MorningBell for any unlawful purpose, to enroll any person without authorization, or to provide contact information you are not permitted to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We collect and use personal information, including call summaries and contact details, to provide the service. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
MorningBell is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that calls or messages will always be delivered on time or without interruption, as delivery depends on phone carriers, networks, and third-party providers outside our control. As noted above, MorningBell is not a medical or emergency service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nisaac Inc and MorningBell are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any missed, delayed, or undelivered call or message.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of MorningBell after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
