We use this information to schedule and make companion calls, to send call summaries and service notifications to the designated family contact by SMS, WhatsApp, or email, to process payments, to provide support, and to improve the service.
If you provide a mobile number as a family contact, we use it only to send the wellbeing summaries and service notifications you consented to, as described in our Terms of Service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. As stated above, we never share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data for marketing.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to deliver the service. These include our payment processor (Stripe) and our telephony and messaging providers (which place the calls and deliver the texts). These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or support obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data we hold.
You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, update your contact preferences at any time, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing us. To stop all communications, contact us and we will close the relevant account.
MorningBell is intended for use by adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
